But experiencing the Games first-hand on home
soil truly is a once in a lifetime experience!
True to our Paris 2024 slogan, we are making
the ‘Games Wide Open’ to everyone – an invitation
to experience new emotions and drama of the
highest order. It is an invitation to gather in full
stadiums, uniting spectators from all over the
world – families, young people, Games enthusiasts
and simply the curious – to cheer on the
world’s greatest athletes and make memories to last
a lifetime.
Almost 10 million tickets will go on sale for
the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, and with this guide
we want to help you maximise your chances of
being able to say ‘I was there’.
Following on from the first phase of ticket
sales, dedicated to the ‘Make Your Games’ packs,
it is now time for the sale of single tickets
for all sessions, include the big finales, and the Opening
and Closing ceremonies. Please read this guide
carefully, and share it with family and friends – it
tells you all you need to know about dates,
prices, and the draw to access this second phase of
ticket sales.
We have all experience legendary Olympic Games
‘moments’, and in 2024 the next chapter
of the Olympic story will unfold before us. This
is your chance to be a part of it.

the single ticket sales, all sports, sessions and ceremonies will be offered.

THE
BIG FINALS : Tickets for all sessions will be on sale during this phase, including
the finals of each discipline. Get close to the action and make history alongside
your favourite athletes.

EXCEPTIONAL
COMPETITION VENUES : Enjoy sporting excellence in the midst of Paris’ most
beautiful monuments, as the capital’s iconic sites are turned into sporting
arenas.

MEET
THE STARS OF TOMORROW : The Olympic Games is the occasion to experience
magnificent matches, meet the legends of tomorrow and to discover ever more
impressive sports...

SPECTACULAR
CEREMONIES : The Opening Ceremony will take place on the playing fields
that will belong to the athletes the very next day. Join us at the heart of the
City of Light for the biggest and most popular festival of sport in the world.

For
the first time in the history of the Olympic Games, the Opening Ceremony will
take place at the heart of the city and will be open to the general public. The
River Seine
will
become the magical backdrop for the athletes and delegations, in front of
thousands of spectators from around the world.
On
the lower quays of the Seine, spectators will be close than ever before to the
ceremony – truly a part of history as it unfolds.
The
closing ceremony will be a final opportunity for Paris 2024 to realise its
ambition to open the Games and to revisit the great markers of the event. Of
course, the Olympic Stadium (Stade de France) will be the venue for the show,
as is tradition. But as with the opening ceremony, Paris 2024 will combine
audacity
and creativity to offer the athletes an unforgettable experience in which they
will be the central actors, and to spectators and television viewers an
exceptional show that will showcase France in all its components.

TIPS
FROM THE COACH
In
the second phase of sales, tickets for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games ceremonies will
be put on sale in the same way as those for all other Olympic sessions. Access
to the sale is determined by a draw.

Hospitality programme offering packages (i.e. tickets combined with hospitality

FROM THE COACH
Do
not purchase tickets via unauthorized channels. No site other than
tickets.paris2024.org/en has permission to sell tickets for the Paris 2024
Olympic Games. If you come across any other site selling tickets for Paris
2024, be aware, it is not a legitimate sales platform.

The
draw allocate successive purchase timeslots to those selected at random, giving
them access to the tickets sales during a given period of time. Consult the rules of the draw.
TIPS FROM THE COACH
You
have a bit more than a month between the 15 March and the 20 April, 2023 at 6
pm (CET) to sign up. People that are not successful in the draw will be
notified as soon as the sake ends.

sign up for the draw.

Click on ‘sign up’.

Enter your email address. This email address must be
valid until 2024.

Follow the steps from there

No credit card information is required for this
phase.
TIPS FROM THE COACH
A
maximum of 30 tickets may be purchased per account, all sales phases included.
If
you have already purchased 30 tickets in the ‘Make Your Games’ pack phase you
can not enter the draw for this next phase of ticket sales.
It
was possible to register for the second draw during the first sale phase. You
can check this on your ticketing account.

STEP 3 : Keep an eye on your emails
- Check your emails regularly from 9 May, 2023
- If you are successful in the draw, you will receive an email with a specific purchase timeslot. This email will be sent two days before your time slot starts. You will only be able to access ticket sales by clicking the link in this email during the time period indicated.
- Once your timeslot begins, you have 48 hours to purchase tickets in real time.
TIPS FROM THE COACH
A purchase timeslot gives you access to the sale of single tickets for a period of 48 hrs.
You can connect to the site as many times as you want during your 48 hrs. But it will not be possible to log in before it starts.
Keep a close eye on your email inbox and spam mail!
- Choose the session(s) you want.
- Select the seat category and the number of tickets.
- Place your order
TIPS FROM THE COACH
A maximum of 6 tickets can be purchased per session, except for some specific sessions limited to a maximum of 4 tickets. These exceptions are indicated with an asterisk (*) in the price grid of the different disciplines.
You can now proceed to pay for your tickets
You will receive confirmation of your payment by email along with a recap of your purchase. You will be able to log in to your account at any time and see all of your purchases. Your tickets will be available via a dedicated mobile app in the run-up to the Olympic Games.
Visa: In recognition of Visa’s long-standing partnership with the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Visa is the Official Way to Pay.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE by Allianz : By taking
out Allianz Cancellation you will be entitled to have your tickets refunded if
a covered event prevents you from attending the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, in
accordance with the conditions and limits of the insurance contract.

SOUVENIR TICKET : The Paris 2024 Olympic Games
souvenir ticket is a limited edition, collector's ticket available for purchase
upon completion of your order. It does not grant access to the competition
venues.

MAKE A DONATION : On completion of your order, you
can make a donation of €2 to Secours Populaire Français. Your donation will
contribute to making the ‘Games Wide Open’ by giving young people and the less
privileged a chance to experience the Games and attend events.
TIPS FROM THE COACH
It will not be possible to take out
cancellation insurance once your purchase has been made.
If you purchase a souvenir ticket on completing
your order, you will receive the same number of souvenir tickets as number of
tickets purchased.
The donation amount is €2 per order. This
amount is fixed and cannot be changed. Taxpayers residing in France will
receive a tax receipt for this donation from our collection service provider.

Category ‘First’ tickets give access to preferential
seating areas in the grandstand, usually a box or lounge, as well as paying catering
facilitates.
Seats A, B, C, D and E refer to the 5 seating categories
according to their situation in the stand. The number of categories available
in any single session depends on the configuration of the venue.
Some categories are standing only. These zones
are indicated with a hatched shading on every map caption.

Paris 2024 encourages spectators to travel to
the Olympic Games using transport with the lowest carbon emissions possible, and
to use public transport to access competition venues.

If you require special assistance, we recommend
you choose this type of seat.
Paris 2024 reserves the right
to ask for your Mobility Inclusion Card or equivalent proof of disability at
the entrance to venues.
Two types of accessible seating areas will be
available:
-
Wheelchair seating : Places for wheelchair
users will be available for all sessions and sports, subject to availability.
The tickets for wheelchair users will be sold in the lowest price categories,
depending on the configuration of the venue. The seat allocated will correspond
to a category equal to, or superior to the seat category selected.

Accessible seating : These tickets are intended
for people with disabilities or reduced mobility, who are not wheelchair users
but require accessible seating, with minimal walking distances and close to
accessible facilities. Accessible seating will be available in a variety of
categories, for all sessions and sports, in a seated arrangement and subject to
availability. The different categories of accessible seats available will
appear on the official ticketing platform at the time of purchase.

Companion seating : It will be possible to
purchase a companion seat with every seat type selected. One accessible seat
purchased = possibility to buy a companion seat. Standard tickets may be
purchased in addition to tickets for people with reduced mobility / wheelchair
users and companions, depending on the number of seats per session. For any
additional seats purchased, proximity of seating is not guaranteed . Please
note, the purchase of accessible seats is subject to being selected in the
draw, the rules and conditions of the draw, and the general terms and
conditions of ticket sales (GTC).

Sale will be cancelled and its holder may be refused access to the venue
concerned. Paris 2024 will not refund in the case of fraud.
